The Account Executive is a crucial support role within the client services team, focused on assisting with the delivery of promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organised, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high‑quality work in a dynamic environment.
Working closely with the wider account team, the Account Executive supports daily operations across sourcing, approvals, and delivery. They play a key role in managing project documentation, timelines, and logistics tracking, helping to ensure that all activities run smoothly and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end delivery of promotional marketing projects, from kick‑off to delivery
- Help prepare timelines, client documents, and status updates
- Assist with tracking orders, managing delivery updates, and handling logistics documentation
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure sample accuracy and on‑time dispatch
- Learn and use internal systems to workflow tracking, reporting, and quality control
- Support the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager in project reporting and documentation
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, sourcing, coordination, or procurement support role (or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience)
- Good understanding and previous experience in POSM
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines

1-2 years experience in marketing, sourcing, coordination, or procurement support; POSM experience; strong organization and communication skills; Microsoft Office proficiency.
