Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
Work model: onsite
This role is contributing to the Robotics product and based in Dist 9, Sai Gon Hi‑Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting the ABB Robotics Workshop in performing daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Assisting in processing basic documentation activities under the guidance of team members.
- Monitoring emails and supporting follow‑up requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Verifying shipment information and preparing supporting documents when required.
- Updating and maintaining data accuracy in operational systems and trackers.
- Supporting document filing, record maintenance, and compliance with company procedures.
- Learning and familiarizing with documentation processes, systems, and SOPs.
- Collaborating with team members to support smooth shipment execution and service delivery.
- Participating in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Supporting timesheet management for the assigned team.
- Other tasks as requested.
Qualifications for the Role
- Duration: Candidates need to commit to a full‑time 3‑month program. We work 5 days a week (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 16:30 PM).
- Education: Senior students or fresh graduates holding university degrees in Law, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other related majors.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and computer literacy
- Pay high attention to details and honest
- Passionate, fast learners with a can‑do attitude
