Responsibilities
- Support the team in preparing affiliate campaign plans, proposals, KPIs, budgets, and content briefs.
- Assist in recruiting affiliates/creators through TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopee Affiliate, and other relevant channels.
- Track affiliate recruitment, content submission, posting progress, and campaign target achievement.
- Maintain and update the affiliate database, including creator profiles, GMV, views, engagement, and posting status.
- Monitor affiliate performance and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Research potential affiliates and support creator communication and follow-ups to improve campaign participation and performance.
- Assist in verifying affiliate performance data for billing and campaign reconciliation.
- Perform other tasks related to affiliate operations and social commerce campaigns as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Candidates who are available for a 6-month internship are preferred.
