The Opportunity
We are looking for an Agency Growth and Transformation Consultant who supports the Strategy and Transformation team in executing organizational strategies, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, and assisting in the delivery of projects that enhance customer value, operational efficiency, and distribution performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives & Framework
- Assist in implementing execution plans for strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
- Support development of governance structures and frameworks that guide priorities and business objectives.
Project Management
- Coordinate planning and tracking of cross‑functional projects.
- Prepare project documentation, monitor timelines, and elevate risks to ensure delivery standards.
Customer Focus
- Collect and organize customer data for segmentation and targeting analysis to enhance value propositions.
- Support development of tailored propositions for different customer profiles.
Distribution Experience
- Identify operational pain points in sales processes and document improvement opportunities.
- Assist in deployment of digital tools and automated workflows that enhance productivity and customer engagement.
Market Insights
- Gather and consolidate market data, competitor information, and industry trends.
- Prepare summary reports to support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience with exposures in sales & distribution, customer experience, project management and strategy (experience in agency is a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
- Proactive and open to learning.
- Creative mindset with willingness to contribute ideas.
