About the Role
- Reporting to: Associate Director, Agency Distribution Services
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Distribution Services

Learning Outcomes
- Understand agency administration processes and agent lifecycle management
- Gain hands‑on experience in document verification, data management, and reporting
- Improve communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
Description
- Check the softcopy of agent’s documents, AVICAD, AML nationwide before issuing agent code.
- Execute issue agent code on system.
- Manage and execute the record process related to direct appointment, including ASA and UM star program for nationwide.
- Prepare monthly “Lacking of agent’s documents” reports. Then communicate to agents, sales forces for requesting submitted documents.
- Manage AL contract as Biz household, corporate role.
- Ensure all agent’s documents are fully scanned on R360 and the hardcopy are stored at Crown storage.
Requirements
- Final‑year student or fresh graduate in business administration or related fields.
- Good Excel skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Responsible, well‑organized, and willing to learn.
