Agro Development Staff ( Gia Lai)

Responsibilities

• Control potato chip stock receiving and inspection for local and overseas to meet quality and compliance standards, also cost as per AOP.
• Provide technical expertise of receiving and inspection to the team to ensure individual's continuing development.
• Monitor Cold Storage Parameters and Potato Quality from input to output.
• Ensure smooth and efficient storage operations.
• Minimize natural and handling losses, prevent quality degradation.
• Guarantee a consistent and sufficient supply for production.

Detailed Tasks

1. Control potato chip stock receiving and inspection for local and overseas to meet quality and compliance standards through key areas as follows:
   1. Control daily chip stock and seed receiving and inspection process as per quality and compliance standard.
   2. Supervise daily operations (manpower, machines) of receiving stations in the assigned area (Gia Lai province).
   3. Coordinate with related functions to deliver chip stock from receiving stations to cool rooms with minimum quality and weight loss, aligned with timeline, safety and security standards.
   4. Review and ensure correctness of daily chip stock receiving and inspection report from stations in the assigned area.
   5. Execute safety and security program at the responsible receiving area.
   6. Control & ensure the activities at Cool room follow potatoes storage process with standard quality and loss.
2. Control MOH of receiving team in the responsible area as per AOP.
3. Ensure every execution is in compliance with Agro work process in GCS and company policy.
4. Support EHS system and ISO system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or Agricultural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture.
• Basic command in English.
• Good computer literacy in MS-Office.
