Program Overview
The AnyMind Traineeship Program 2027 is a 12‑week structured program designed for final‑year students and fresh graduates who want to gain real experience in the marketing, e‑commerce industry.
At AnyMind, we believe the best way to learn is by working on real business challenges. Throughout the program, trainees will be part of experienced teams in Strategic Planning, Influencer Marketing, Account Management, E‑commerce D2C, Creator Growth, gaining hands‑on exposure to how technology, data, and creativity come together to drive impactful solutions for brands.
This program reflects AnyMind’s commitment to investing in and developing the next generation of digital talent in Vietnam.
What You Will Do

Ho Chi Minh City:
- Strategic Planning Trainee, Planning –Link JD
- Account Trainee, Marketing Services –Link JD
- Influencer Marketing Trainee, Marketing Services –Link JD
- Social Commerce Trainee, D2C –Link JD
- Key Account Trainee, D2C –Link JD
- Youtube Creator Growth Trainee, Creator Growth –Link JD

- Marketing & Data Analytics Trainee, Research & Analytics –Link JD
Ha Noi:
- Ad Operations Trainee, HOC –Link JD
Please note that there will be no rotation during the program, and trainees will stay within the selected role throughout the traineeship.
Who You Are
- Final‑year students / fresh graduates, majoring in Marketing, Communication, Business, E‑commerce, or related fields (0–1 year experience)
- Creative, proactive, and curious to learn
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Trend‑savvy, digitally fluent, and results‑oriented
- English proficiency (4 Skills)
- Available for a full‑time internship in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi from November 2026

- Aptitude Test (EQ, IQ) (05/10/2026 – 08/10/2026)
- Case Study + Final Interview (16/10/2026)
