Where is the work:
On‑Site (5 days)
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Consultant Relations: Build relationships with M&E consultants and design institutes; support the Sales team by organizing technical seminars and introducing Trane solutions.
- System Design & Modeling: Review project drawings, propose HVAC concepts, and perform cooling load calculations/energy modeling using TRACE 700 / TRACE 3D Plus.
- Equipment & Controls Selection: Select optimal Trane equipment configurations (Chillers, Airside, VRF, DX) and integrate them with Trane BMS and chiller plant controls.
- Technical Specification & VE: Provide product specifications for tender documents and propose Value Engineering (VE) solutions to defend Trane specifications against competitors.
- Sales Handover & Bid Support: Track projects from early design to tender, hand over technical data to the Sales team, and resolve RFIs/attend clarification bidding meetings.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure design compliance with local energy codes (QCVN 09:2017) and international standards (ASHRAE, AHRI).
