Danone Vietnam Company Limited is seeking an Area Healthcare Nutrition Assistant Manager. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the long‑term growth of Danone Nutrition products in the territory by increasing awareness among Health Care professionals on the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life, and the superiority of Danone products to competitor brands.
- Manage a team of HNA to generate new business and grow existing business throughout the territory.
- Develop the selling skill presentation skill and communication skills of HNA to establish a high‑performing ethical sales team.
- Develop KOL relationships to promote the Danone brand and influence the perception of Danone products as the brand of first choice, by HCPs in all specialties related to Danone product and at all levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a multinational healthcare or nutrition company, with exposure to Pediatric and/or Obstetric channels.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to develop teams, build customer relationships, and deliver business results.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and territory management.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and, when required, for business meetings, training programs, and company events.
