Technical/Functional skills
- Strong knowledge of Consumer Banking products, customer segments, and market dynamics.
- Expertise in marketing strategy development, campaign management, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience in digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics).
- Experience in media planning, budget management, and marketing ROI optimization.
- Knowledge of content strategy, branding, and customer communication management across online and offline channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in vendor, agency, and marketing partner management.
- Proficiency in marketing reporting, dashboard development, and performance tracking.
- Understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and governance standards related to marketing and communications.
