We are building the next unicorn to come out of Vietnam, and we are looking for a confident leader who can help us get there.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the AI squad and help build Everfit's AI layer: Olly, our AI agent, the coach‑facing AI features that surround it, and the credit system that monetizes them.

Your role is to turn Everfit's AI direction into shipped product: owning AI features end to end, driving the engineering, design and QA team in Da Nang/Ha Nội, and holding the quality bar on features whose output is never the same twice.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely excited by AI products and honest about how they fail. Everfit's AI runs inside a platform used by more than 300,000 coaches, in a health and fitness context where a confident wrong answer costs trust. You will spend as much time on evaluation, guardrails and the shape of a good failure as you will on the feature itself.

Your impact

AI Roadmap Execution and Delivery

Partner with product leadership to execute the AI roadmap, translating product direction into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans.
Own specific AI features end to end across the Olly surface: agent flows, coach‑facing AI features, onboarding into AI, and the AI credit and usage experience.
Drive day‑to‑day execution with AI Engineering, Backend, Frontend, Design and QA, making sure features ship with quality and impact.
Sequence launches around what is actually ready: early access, beta, and general availability.
Identify risks and blockers early, communicate progress proactively, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Discovery, Evaluation and Product Quality

Research how coaches actually work, and find the moments where AI removes real effort rather than adding a novelty.
Define what "good" means for a feature whose output changes every run, and turn that into acceptance criteria QA can verify and evals engineering can run.
Own the quality bar for AI output: tone, factual grounding, refusal behaviour, and what the feature does when it is not confident.
Monitor the metrics that matter for AI: adoption, task completion, output acceptance rate, credit consumption, cost per action, latency, and retention after first use.
Design, support and analyse experiments, and be willing to conclude one as a negative result rather than let it run on.
Synthesize customer feedback, support insights and usage data into prioritized product recommendations.

Monetization and Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Contribute to the AI Credits and AI pricing framework.
Partner closely with Design so AI features feel like part of the product, not a bolted‑on chat box.
Work with Engineering and Data to define tracking requirements, measure success, and make data‑informed calls.
Partner with the squad's other Associate Product Manager so the AI surface stays coherent across product areas.
Collaborate with other squads where AI features cross into billing, discovery or the coaching workflow.
Align regularly with leadership on priorities, trade‑offs and long‑term product direction, and bring a clear recommendation rather than a menu of options.

Who you are

Ideal Candidate Background

You have both the study and work experience abroad, and you have been exposed to high‑performing, fast‑moving environments. You carry a global perspective and are eager to bring that mindset to product development at Everfit.
You have a strong product and technology foundation. You understand how software gets built and enjoy working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to solve real user problems and deliver impactful products.

Must have

2 to 4 years of product management experience in a SaaS, consumer, or AI product.
Proven ability to ship features end to end: discovery, definition, delivery, iteration.
You have shipped at least one AI or LLM‑powered feature to real users, at work or in the open. Scale does not matter. Being able to say what it got wrong, how you measured it, and what you changed does.
You can define "done" for a feature whose output changes every run, and translate that uncertainty into acceptance criteria a QA engineer can verify.
Strong product instincts and UX judgment for AI surfaces: when to show the AI's reasoning, when to ask the user to confirm, and what a good failure looks like.
Comfortable with data: funnel analysis, conversion rates, cohorts, and experiment design. You can read an eval result and form your own view of it.
Excellent English communication skills: clear specs, crisp async updates, strong stakeholder alignment.
Organized and proactive: you manage your own work, drive clarity, and follow through.

Nice to have

You are US educated and have lived, studied, or worked in the US. You deeply understand both Western and Eastern cultures and can help bridge the two as we build a global product company from Vietnam.
Hands‑on with LLM building blocks: prompt iteration, retrieval, structured output, and eval sets (including LLM‑as‑judge).
Background in B2B SaaS with a professional user base, or in a two‑sided marketplace.
Familiarity with the health, fitness, nutrition or wellness domain, or genuine curiosity about it.
A daily user of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) with real opinions about where they break.
Comfortable working async with a US‑based leadership team.
