Our Food & Beverage team is dedicated to creating exceptional dining and beverage experiences for every guest. We work together to deliver outstanding service, quality products, and memorable moments that reflect the spirit of New World Phu Quoc Resort.
YOUR ROLE
As a Bartender, you will create and serve beverages while delivering friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests. You will ensure high standards of beverage quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction within the bar operation.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
- Provide exceptional guest service and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and equipment.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- Assist in stock replenishment and bar setup procedures.
- Support promotional activities and beverage sales initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant, kitchen, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth operations.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Bartender or Food & Beverage Associate is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
