Multi-Disciplinary Standardization: Collaborate with Structural, Architectural, and MEP leads to develop Revit Templates compliant with ISO 19650.
BIM Content Management: Establish and maintain Revit Family Libraries using international classification systems (eg: OmniClass, UniClass).
CAD Standards: Coordinate with other team leads to set up AutoCAD Templates following AIA or ISO 13567 layering guidelines.
Client Liaison: Partner with international clients to refine and finalize all project templates and digital asset libraries.

Minimum 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 3 years in a BIM Management or Lead Coordinator role.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (All disciplines) and AutoCAD; proven track record in developing templates and family libraries.
Deep understanding of ISO 19650 workflows and international classification systems (OmniClass, UniClass, or ISO 13567).
Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with international clients and internal department heads.
Preferred: Experience with Dynamo or Python for workflow automation and template optimization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
