BIM Modeller (Structure) - Offshore team

This Modeler role is based in Vietnam within a growing BIM team, while being fully integrated into broader Southeast Asia and APAC regional efforts. The position offers opportunities to work on diverse and exciting buildings and infrastructure projects locally and across the region, while expanding impact through business development, thought leadership, research, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives. It also provides a clear path for career progression into leadership, including project management, team development, and shaping the strategic direction of BIM across Southeast Asia and Asia‑Pacific for Arup.

The Opportunity

Liaise with structural engineers to create BIM models and drawing generation using Revit.
Be accountable for managing Revit models, instructing junior colleagues regarding project standards, and be accountable for deliverables.
Work with international teams based in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia on a daily basis.
Capable of creating BIM models for routine works independently and supervising others.
Ensure that the quality of deliverables produced is in accordance with project and corporate requirements.
Keep following up with team members and project managers informed of workload and deadlines of deliverables.
Monitor and ensure adherence to Common Data Environment (CDE) standards.

Is this role right for you?

Fluency in Structure Revit.
Experience as a BIM Coordinator is a plus (understanding of BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud & Navisworks).
2–8 years of experience in complex projects (highrise & steel projects).
At least a college or university degree in civil/structure/infrastructure engineering.
Programming skills using Python, C#, Dynamo or Rhino.inside; Revit will be an advantage.
Good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese; speaking in Chinese is a plus.
Experience in complex projects from top Asia countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia is a plus.
