As a Business Analyst Lead, you will lead the Business Analysis team supporting digital banking initiatives, establishing standards and ways of working while ensuring business requirements, processes, solution impacts, and change activities are effectively managed across the programme.

- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, establishing standards and ways of working for the team.
- Document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and solution requirements.
- Identify potential issues, risks, benefits, and impacts across solutions and products.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to carry out change management activities.
We’d Love to Hear From You If...
Experience
- You have at least 10 years of experience in business analysis for digital banking products.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Lead.
- You have participated in at least one digital banking project for corporate customers as a Business Analyst Lead within a large financial institution or bank.
Ways of Working
- You have experience leading Business Analysts and establishing effective standards and ways of working.
- You can work across stakeholders to define requirements, assess solution impacts, and coordinate change activities.
Assignment Details
- Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
- Work Setup: Onsite
