Job Purpose
Control production to enable the manufacturing of products according to production plans and deliver quality products to customers on time, ensuring achievement of departmental production outcomes and objectives as defined.
Job Description (Accountability)
- Control production to ensure the manufacturing of products according to plans and deliver them on time.
- Control production expenses to achieve efficiency and maintain product costs as specified.
- Provide guidance to colleagues to perform tasks accurately according to standards and job requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant units to prepare for production activities, fostering cooperation and support for successful task completion.

Experience
Work experience related to the field for at least 1-3 years.
Knowledge
- Knowledge in business operations including production processes, sales, product quality, raw material sourcing, and manufacturing machinery.

- Familiarity with or training in various standards systems such as GMP/HACCP, ISO9001.
