Responsibilities
- The main role is to lead, manage, maintain quality data and provide insightful analysis to support business growth, helping business leaders make the right decision and priorities.
- Be responsible for high quality and accuracy of business data including end‑to‑end process.
- Provide data analysis reflecting the business challenge behind data during business review (monthly management meeting, medium, QBR).
- Oversea and drive sales excellence from Salesforce BFO tools with country champion reflecting in golden KPIs: Pipeline Evolution, tracking to support business insight and make the right push for growth prioritization.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders – Offer Marketing, Channel Marketing, Finance Business Partners & Business Leaders – to prepare for commercial meeting and business review.
- Be a country lead for new initiatives from country management or EAJ zone related to data and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related fields with 3‑5 years of experience in data related jobs.
- Be an expert in using advanced Excel, MS Access, SAP (ERP). Having experience with Tableau/Power BI, SQL or other data tools is a plus.
- High level of project planning, critical thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail & prudent numerical skill.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
- Be collaborative and have a client‑centric mindset.
- Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers.
