Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Communications Intern to support the 40 Years of Partnership - Airbus/Vietnam project. The role involves working closely with Airbus Vietnam, APAC & Central Communication teams, and other stakeholders to prepare, coordinate assets, develop communication strategy, and execute key events and associated communications collateral in Hanoi in Q4 2026.
Responsibilities
- Airbus Vietnam 40th Anniversary Book
- Finalise content (Vietnamese and English) with internal Airbus teams.
- Coordinate design and production with the appointed agency.
- Airbus 40th Anniversary Reception
- Compile guest list, invitations, and reservations.
- Collect and select footage for the 40‑year partnership video.
- Gather photos for the Gallery Walk Exhibition and coordinate with the event agency.
- Embassy Photo Exhibition
- Collect photos for exhibitions at the Embassies of France, Germany, Spain, and the UK.
- Work with Embassies and internal teams for production.
- Vietnam Aerospace Forum (VAF) 2026
- Compile guest list, speakers, invitations, and reservations.
- Space Camp
- Consolidate a list of participating schools.
- Formalise agenda and logistics for an engaging program.
- Other tasks as determined by the Direct Manager.
Outputs
- Coordinated Airbus guest list, invitation distribution, RSVP tracking, and on‑site logistical support for listed events.
- Finalised introduction book highlighting Airbus in Vietnam’s presence and milestones for the 40th Anniversary Reception.
- Consolidated repository of footage for the 40‑year partnership video.
- Finalised photo compilations for the Gallery Walk Exhibition and Embassy Photo Exhibitions.
- Ready‑to‑execute event agenda and programme format for the Space Camp.
- Communications support to promote the listed events.
