Job Summary
The OpportunityIQVIA is recruiting a Consultant for the Primary Intelligence team. The role involves working with experienced healthcare consultants and engagement leaders to deliver integrated research solutions and comprehensive market insights to clients in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Adept at client communication and presentation skills.
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into research design and solutions.
- Apply knowledge of various market research methodologies and independently perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Design and structure compelling presentations with excellent storytelling skills.
- Manage projects and develop detailed documentation.
- Assist senior consultants, engagement managers, or principals with reviewing and analyzing client requirements/problems and proposal development.
- Develop knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry and related services and consulting methodologies.
- Understand IQVIA processes and solutions and how they can be utilized in client scenarios.
- Manage engagement‑based responsibilities closely with senior consultants, engagement managers, or principals.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4–5 years of market research experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or consumer health markets.
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills.
- Ability to independently manage market research projects and day‑to‑day client interactions.
- Resourceful in contracting fieldwork agencies or freelancers to manage fieldwork load.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and strong written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools and AI analytic tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry with both qualitative and quantitative project management.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to uncommon problems.
- Ability to multi‑task and collaborate with various support teams and vendors.
