- Category: Nutrition (Milk powder, liquid)
- Working days: Monday to Saturday (office hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm)
- Working location: 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, Hochiminh city
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to: Category Promotion Manager
I, Core job responsibilities:
- Promotion Ideation, plan & deployment:
- Source gift ideas from external Vendor proposals or self‑research
- Follow‑up with vendor to develop mock‑up, check pricing, MOQ, lead time
- Plan and follow‑up from gift idea to market deployment
- Execution Excellence:
- Collaborate with Procurement team for Gift bidding & purchase request/orders
- Collaborate with Channel development team for Promotion allocation to NW
- Collaborate with Logistics team for Gift & POSM delivery and Promotion packing
- Collaborate with Finance team for budget proposal & payment request
- Collaborate with external Vendors throughout the promotional gift development process to ensure smooth operation cross functions.
- Admin task: Create promotion proposal on system, Test promotion pack dimension at log warehouse, 40% create code gift, code pack, master file, Goods Receipt Note,
- Reporting:
- Consolidate report from system (3 times/week)
- Summarize key take aways and follow‑up actions
- Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager
II, Requirements:

- Read & written English
- Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:
- Experience: preferably 1‑2 years working in General Administration/ Office Admin/ Operation Support/Procurement/Marketing
- High sense of responsibility, ownership

- Teamwork
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Minimum education required:
- University/ Vocational training center graduate
- Creativity is a plus
