Customer Marketing Offline Senior Executive

Position Summary

1. Own strategic customer marketing initiatives and new product launch plans across key retailers, translating business priorities into customer and channel strategies that drive sell‑out and market growth.
2. Build and strengthen retailer partnerships by delivering added value through joint initiatives and co‑marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer marketing initiatives and new product launch plans across key retailers, translating business priorities into customer and channel strategies that drive sell‑out and market growth.
• Manage channel marketing budgets, driving ROI and ensuring efficient allocation across both offline and online channels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Retail partners to ensure seamless and excellent execution of marketing activities.
• Build and strengthen retailer partnerships by delivering added value through joint initiatives and co‑marketing campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior and retail performance data to identify insights and develop action plans that enhance user experience.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to the Sales team to accelerate performance across channels and platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4‑5 years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, channel/retail marketing or related fields.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Solid strategic planning and project management skills.
• Strong communication. Good presentation. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• AI experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
