Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from order entry to delivery, ensuring accurate processing, timely invoicing, and effective follow‑up.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, prepare demand forecasts, and support stock planning to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Arrange local and export shipments, manage logistics documentation, and verify freight costs and shipping requirements.
- Support daily sales operations by maintaining records, monitoring product quality status, and tracking pricing, packaging, and lead‑time updates.
Qualifications:
- College or University degree.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiar with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel & Word).
- Experience in Garment (Apparel) & Textile industry is an advantage.
