Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer requests/complaints: 20%

Prepare related periodic reports: 10%

1 -3 years of Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or related position.
Proficient in Word, Excel
Proficiency in English
Medical background or experience in handling medical records is preferred
Honest, well-organized, and detail-oriented- Strong sense of responsibility at work
Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks- Flexible and able to work under high pressure
