JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
Applies subject matter knowledge.
Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.
- Uses computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.
- No selling responsibilities are involved with this activity.
- Typically transfers calls to appropriate person as necessary.
- May answer inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.
- Requires general knowledge of company, products, and/or services.

- Education Level: Technical Diploma (± 12 years)
- Major/Field of Study or Equivalent
