Job Title: DIGITAL SOLUTION SPECIALIST

Job Purpose
As a Digital Solution Staff, the candidate must have in-depth understanding of how to improve business operation flow using digital solutions (technology/online platform/application) which efficiently and effectively support the company to achieve our business goals. He/she must also have strong project management skills to manage the end-to-end system development tasks (From operation assessment/collecting requirements, design & optimize operation flow, design digital solution, and also lead in system testing and user training). He/she must manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
Job Description (Accountability)
Responsibilities
- Understand business operation processes and able to develop outline/design/improve/optimize of operation gaps and risks for better efficiency and productivity
- Develop business requirement development (BRD) for digital solutions with detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal and external IT development teams to design, develop and implement system development projects
- QC/QA the system to assure that the system development are aligned requirement specifications where quality standards are met
- Go‑live support user training and system document
- Manage multiple projects within timeline and budget
