Job Summary
The Director of Food and Beverage will manage the division in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and Hyatt’s Regency Brand Standards, ensuring employee, guest, and owner expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Function as the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department.
- Oversee all outlets and banquets to operate successfully and profitably.
- Ensure operations align with hotel standards and brand expectations.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Director of Food and Beverage in a resort environment.
- Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
