Job Responsibilities
- Follow safety policy & SOPs
- Hydro Extractor process
- Loading wet dyed thread into hydro extractor machine and make sure
- Total cheese are balance in all spindle.
- Select correct speed/time for Nylon/Polyester.
- Drying: This is very important process that drying operator must check
- Total cheese of dyeing batches included sample cheese
- Select correct drying program for Nylon/Polyester.
- Make sure distance of cheeses are in limit that mention in SOP.
- Maintain working place at good condition & practice 5S
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Good attitude, good health, listening,
- Secondary or high school graduated
