Role Purpose

- To operate dyeing machines during assigned shifts under the direction of the Dyeing Supervisor. Vận hành máy nhuộm trong ca làm việc theo sự phân công và hướng dẫn của Giám sát Nhuộm.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities) | Trách nhiệm chính:
- Operate dyeing machines as assigned by the Dyeing Supervisor and monitor the dyeing process to ensure compliance with company quality requirements. Vận hành máy nhuộm theo phân công của Giám sát Nhuộm và theo dõi quá trình nhuộm để đảm bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu chất lượng của công ty.
- Classify non‑conforming yarn after the dyeing process, place it in the designated area, and re‑dye when required by production. Phân loại sợi không đạt yêu cầu sau quá trình nhuộm, đặt vào khu vực quy định và thực hiện nhuộm lại khi có yêu cầu từ bộ phận sản xuất.
- Report any machine abnormalities to the Supervisor and Maintenance team for timely handling. Báo cáo ngay các sự cố hoặc bất thường của máy móc cho Giám sát và bộ phận Bảo trì để xử lý kịp thời.
- Keep machines, control panels, carriers, and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Giữ gìn máy móc, tủ điều khiển, giá treo và khu vực làm việc xung quanh luôn sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp.
- Follow procedures and work instructions for operating dyeing machines. Tuân thủ các quy trình và hướng dẫn công việc liên quan đến vận hành máy nhuộm.
- Ensure productivity and dyeing quality meet company requirements. Đảm bảo năng suất và chất lượng nhuộm đáp ứng các yêu cầu của công ty.
Who you are (Requirements) | Yêu cầu ứng viên:
- High school graduate. Tốt nghiệp Trung học Phổ thông (THPT).
- Ability to classify yarn counts. Có khả năng phân biệt và nhận biết các chỉ số/số lượng sợi.
- Hard‑working, diligent, and agile. Chăm chỉ, siêng năng, nhanh nhẹn.
