We are looking for a smart, motivated Data Analyst who loves finding ways to increase sales, grow memberships and improve profits.
This is more than a reporting job. Your ideas and analysis will help our businesses grow.
You will work with international teams, modern AI technology and real business data.
What You Will Do
- Analyze ecommerce sales, customer behavior and business performance.
- Find opportunities to increase sales, conversion rates and profits.
- Help grow membership subscriptions and reduce cancellations.
- Analyze customer retention, repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Use AI tools to discover insights and automate analysis.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to improve business results.
- Build simple dashboards and recommend improvements.
- Work with Marketing, Development and Creative teams to turn ideas into results.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ecommerce or digital marketing.
- Good SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Understanding of ecommerce, subscriptions or online marketing.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
- Someone who enjoys learning, taking ownership and seeing measurable results.
Bonus: Python, Shopify, Google Analytics, Power BI, Klaviyo or experience building AI automations.
