Core Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and control
- Lead and supervise electrical installation and hook‑up work to ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines
- Review and control electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and monitor project costs
- Lead tendering processes, including contractor evaluation and bidding documentation preparation
- Prepare contracts, technical submissions, drawings, and construction‑related documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Participate in final acceptance inspections and support payment and settlement processes
- Provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to the engineering team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields
- 6 to 10 years of experience in electrical construction and hook‑up projects
- Experience managing electrical works at assistant manager level or higher
- Experience in full‑cycle project execution, including design review, construction hook‑up, and commissioning
- Hands‑on experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project settlement
- Experience in tendering, contractor selection, and contract preparation
- Experience managing project documentation and working with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of other design tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and standards
- Strong capability in cost estimation and BOQ preparation
- In‑depth knowledge of tendering processes and project documentation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English or Korean
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Willingness to work on site as required
- Strong awareness of safety and compliance standards
