The Painter cooperates with his/her superior to ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment. This role is responsible for the general work order maintenance work assigned by his/her superior or assisting the Engineering department’s maintenance team in completing other maintenance work

Responsibilities
As the Painter, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepares and paints surfaces of building structures, furniture and equipment using proper Application techniques. Measures lengths of surfaces to determine quantity of paint needed. Plasters or spackles surfaces, mixes paint colors to match existing colors and applies paint to all building and equipment surfaces with brushes, rollers and spray guns.

- Installs and repairs covered wall and ceiling surfaces throughout the facility. Hangs vinyl, paper, fabric and foil wall coverings of various weights.

- Maintains and repairs caulked, grouted and masonry surfaces throughout the facility.

- Maintains inventory of supplies needed to perform job function.

- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
An Painter serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc tương đương.
- Considerable knowledge of paint, varnish, stain, enamels, lacquers, wall coverings, masonry work and other related products as well as application and mixing procedures of such products.
- Kiến thức tốt về sơn, véc ni, vết bẩn, men, sơn mài, lớp phủ tường, công việc xây và các sản phẩm liên quan khác cũng như quy trình ứng dụng và pha trộn các sản phẩm đó.
- Working knowledge of basic hand tools and other equipment including: brushes, rollers, scrapers, sandpaper, spray guns, lifts, etc.

- Considerable knowledge of OSHA standards and application for working with chemicals.
