Job Title: ENGINEERING RTE TECHNICIAN

Job Purpose
Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and technical systems to ensure high availability, supporting continuous, efficient, and safe operations.
Job Description (Accountability)
- Perform preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on machines/equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Record maintenance data and report results
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with engineers and related departments
- Support installation and improvement of equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Competencies
Education Description
Vocational Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
Education (Max. 2 Major)
Experience
0–5 years of experience in technical or maintenance roles (fresh graduates with basic technical skills are welcome)
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of machinery, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Knowledge of maintenance practices (PM, CM)
- Knowledge of tools and measuring instruments
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices
- Basic understanding of technical drawings/diagrams
