If you are passionate about generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales process, we are looking for you! DiXiO is hiring a Business Development Associate.
In this role, you will work closely with a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive deal generation and support the closing phase of the sales cycle.
Things you will do
- Identify and create new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
- Monitor and assess market changes, competition, and client needs to effectively target opportunities.
- Assist the BDM in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies, while actively participating in the follow-up phase to ensure successful deal closures.
- Work with DiXiO teams to coordinate submissions, approvals, and payments.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Ambitious, curious, innovative, and a team player.
- Fluent in English.
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in sales or business development of SAS solutions.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot to manage sales processes and customer relationships.
