Job Description
Consulting on establishing environmental procedures for projects such as:
- Environmental impact assessment
- Environmental license, environmental registration
- Report on environmental protection work
- Environmental incident response plan
- Greenhouse gas inventory report
Consulting on preparing investment reports and investment projects for environmental treatment projects
Consulting on establishing technology appraisal procedures for environmental treatment projects
Carry out environmental procedures and other related legal procedures for customers upon request
Perform other Center tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and direct managers
General duties
Progress
- Complete work on schedule and according to the plan committed to the manager.
- Ensure reputation for quality and progress with customers.
Quality of work
- Procedures are carried out in accordance with current laws.
- Survey, fieldwork, and collect complete information to meet project implementation requirements.
- Reports and written presentations are well‑founded, logical, concise, complete, accurate, clear, and coherent according to the state's prescribed form and according to the customer's information.
- Make reports and PowerPoints according to the general format of the Center and consulting room.
- Information and data used are honest and reliable.
- Do not make any spelling or typing errors.
- Do not make mistakes due to “Copying”.
- Advise customers on procedures according to regulations, well‑founded, and easy to understand.
Management duties (If any)
- Independent project management (when required).
Qualifications
Experience
- At least 02 years of experience in consulting and establishing environmental procedures is a plus.
Education Background, Major
- Graduated from university or higher, majoring in technology and environmental engineering.
- Graduated with good grades or higher.
Foreign Languages Skills
- Ability to read and write English, good communication is a plus.
Others
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork skill.
- Proficient in using office computers; know how to read drawings and use AutoCad fluently; skills in using modeling software for the environmental field.
- Careful, patient, diligent, eager to learn and honest in work.
- Update and capture information quickly and accurately on new legal documents.
- Ability to handle situations quickly and reasonably.
- Requires good health, willing to go on business trips when required.

University degree in environmental technology or engineering, preferably with 2+ years of environmental procedure consulting experience. Requires English, communication, teamwork, office software, AutoCAD, modeling software, and travel availability.
