FIE Warehouse Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Job Function

• Lead daily operations of the FIE warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and applicable regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of imported products to support customer service objectives.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of FIE warehousing activities and support FIE operators performance.
• Responsible for warehouse setup and layout and for ensuring efficient space utilization, 5S standard.
• Maintain records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status (IN/OUT status report, slow moving report).
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Upgrading and maintaining the safety standard of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
• Execute warehouse quality systems including Deviations, Non‑Conformances, CAPA and Change Controls.
• Support Quality Risk Management activities.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GSP and Abbott Quality System requirements.
• Participate in self‑inspections, audits and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with inbound/outbound activity of factory warehouse to ensure good resource arrangement.
• Trouble shooting issue related to SAP system to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with CDQA to manage quality issues related to imported goods.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Ensure collaboration on department projects.
• Lead the establishment of performance metrics for FIE warehouse operations.
• Upgrading the management system in warehouse department for suitable with the Integrated Operational Management standard.
• Maximize and balance FIE warehouse’s resource to deliver department’s objectives.

Position Accountability / Scope

• Responsible for the operational execution, inventory control, compliance, and personnel management of the FIE warehouse supporting imported pharmaceutical products, vaccines and biologics while ensuring GDP, GSP, Abbott Quality System and local regulatory compliance.

Minimum Education

• Understanding the systematic process of Good Storage Practice or similar standard.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistic, Supply chain, Foreign Trade/ Pharmaceutical/ finance management, or related field.

Minimum Experience / Training Required

• At least +5 years’ experience in management of work force and knowledge about warehouse activities.
• Communication in Vietnamese and English.
• Experience managing imported pharmaceutical products.
• Experience supporting local and International GMP/GDP inspections is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, WMS and inventory controls.
