Position Overview:
The purpose of Footwear Fitting Model is to provide feedback on the fit, comfort, style, and quality of the footwear. The feedback is used for Footwear Technicians, Designers and Developers and Service Providers to improve the product and ensure customer satisfaction. The Footwear Fitting Model may also participate in photos shoots, wear testing and other activities related to the footwear fitting and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Footwear Technicians, Product Developers and Designers to evaluate fit, comfort, and performance of footwear during prototypes, sales samples, approval samples, grading tests and production stages.
- Partner to Footwear Technicians for new last e new construction development, assessment, and correction.
- Provide honest and constructive feedback on the fit, comfort, style, and quality of the footwear product.
- Identify and provide any issues or defects with the footwear fit.
- Follows instructions on how to fit and wear the footwear.
- Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude during fitting sessions.
- Maintain foot care.
- Update and maintain detailed fitting approval records.
- Be reliable, punctual, professional, and courteous with workmates, customers, and suppliers.
