Your key responsibilities:
- Automation and OT project support: Support projects in planning, material ordering, FAT/SAT implementation, installation, testing and validation activities, including:
- Support feasibility studies of automation opportunities in manufacturing processes, including testing, data collection and basic business case/ROI preparation
- Assist project teams and suppliers in technical solution development and project documentation (URS/FS)
- Support project execution, including planning, material ordering, procurement, FAT/SAT, equipment setup, validation & qualification, documentation, change control coordinator, training and handover
- Support the maintenance and update of OT asset inventory, system documentation, data backups, and OT network diagrams
- Documentation & Validation Support: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including CSV, validation, and technical documentation, including:
- Support the project leader in preparing and maintaining technical and CSV documentation, including Process Specifications, Technical specifications
- Support the preparation and maintenance of validation documents (IQ/OQ/PQ), including Risk Assessments, Work Instructions, change control documentation, and task status follow-up
- Support document updates, filing, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle, as well as the backup and storage of validation records in the system
- Project & Vendor Coordination Support: Support coordination with production, procurement, vendors and relevant teams for project execution, including:
- Support the project team in vendor audits, assessments, and selection activities
- Support the preparation and coordination of Global/Local vendor visits
- Provide basic support to project and production teams on automation, OT-related activities, including data backup, audits, validation software, and simple machine upgrades/improvements
- Reporting & Digitalization Support:
- Update relevant reports to stakeholders, ensure timely and accurate data updates
- Initiate, identify, plan, collaborate/execute for digitalization implementation to optimize process flow & eliminate wastes
- Self‑Learning Continuously for new digital tools (Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Python, AI…) to research, test, define suitable solutions & implement digital & smart manufacturing roadmap
- Support operational team to fix issues related to digital platform & system
What you will bring:
- Bachelor degree
- Technical background in Mechanical, Automation, electrical, electronic, telecommunication, IT, BA, data/computer scientific, AI, big data, ML….
- Nice to have:
- Master Degree
- Digitalization competency: design, develop, build & maintain digital application, Office tools, Scripting language (JavaScript, Python, VBA) & SQL programming
- Knowledge in Project Management in manufacturing (medical devices/pharma/ISO 13485 preferred)
- Nice to have:
- Experience in working at automation, OT & digitalization processes/production/manufacturing environment
- Good data sense, systematic thinking, data analysis skills and problem-solving
- Good command in English communication.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Good in office tools, technology tools
- Creative thinking, flexible and open‑minded, Work independently and committed
