When market moves happen in seconds, inaccurate translations shouldn’t stand between you and your trade.
Too many crypto platforms rely on literal translations that create friction right where precision matters most. Whether it’s confusing margin modes, mistranslated order types, or awkward phrasing in risk notifications, language should give you clarity and confidence, not second‑guesses.
We’re inviting crypto traders across the world that speak Chinese, Dutch, Polish, and / or Spanish to test‑drive a localized cryptocurrency exchange platform experience and help us fix the disconnect. In this self‑paced, unmoderated walkthrough, you’ll explore the interface on your own device, test key navigation and funding flows, and execute a real trade on your live account.
As you record your screen and think out loud, you’ll point out the labels that feel out of touch, flag confusing technical terms, and tell us the exact words real local traders use instead.
How the project works:
A 45–60 minute independent walkthrough. You’ll record your screen and voice on your device while completing a series of realistic platform flows—including a live trade—and upload the recording alongside your written feedback. You might need to create an account for testing purposes on a specific cryptocurrency platform if you don’t have one already.
Participants who successfully complete and upload the session receive $50 USD for their feedback, plus an additional $20 USD reimbursement to cover the trade completed during the walkthrough.
