THE TEAM
The Front Office team plays a vital role in delivering seamless guest experiences throughout the entire guest journey. From arrival to departure, the team ensures efficient operations, personalized service, and high guest satisfaction.
Working closely with all departments, the team supports a dynamic resort environment with diverse guest profiles and high service standards.
YOUR ROLE
As Guest Service Manager (Duty Manager), you will oversee daily Front Office operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction across the resort. You will serve as the key contact point for guests and coordinate with departments to resolve issues effectively.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Manage Front Office operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Act as main contact point for guest issues and emergencies
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other departments
- Support VIP arrivals and guest recognition programs
- Supervise and guide Front Office team members
- Prepare daily reports and shift handovers
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- Previous experience as Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and service standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good command of English (additional languages preferred)
- Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera or similar)
