B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up Winter 2026 is a professional training and on‑the‑job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing‑to‑learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN.
A/ JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Documentation System Control
- Manage B.DoCS/IMS system: raise & fix system errors during working with BMI IT
- Ensure document review/revision is implemented: Remind tasks of Periodic Document Review (Quarterly) & Divisional Document Review (Monthly)
- External Document Control: order external documents from library, identify, distribute, recall
2. Complaint Management Control
- Complaint of Exported products Coordinator: receive, update, follow tasks of each complaint in SAP; remind to ensure investigation completion in time frame
- Complaint of Imported products Coordinator: handle, communicate, work as a contact point between the manufacturer and Sale Team
3. Others tasks: B.DoCS/IMS, GDP
- Documentation Report: Document Master List, Task List Report (Periodic document review, Divisional Document change).
- Support to complete Complaint Reports: Weekly Report, MQR report, Quarterly Report
- Documentation: Create/revise SOPs, IMS & Bdocs training, GDP training (fresh, re‑fresh).
- Complaint: Create/revise SOPs, training procedures for new comers/new accounts.
- GDP walkabout
- Registration documentation if any

C/ REQUIREMENTS
- Last‑year students or fresh graduates with University degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering/Biotechnology Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy/Quality Management/Food Technology and related background.
- Available to work full‑time.
- Good English, right communication with person and organized skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
