Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development

Identify, approach, and develop new B2B project opportunities.
Build and expand relationships with investors, EPC contractors, consultants, and construction partners.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

B. Project Development & Solution Selling

Work closely with project stakeholders to specify Huu Toan's products and solutions in project designs.
Understand customer needs and provide technical-commercial solutions.
Deliver product presentations and solution proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Product, Procurement, and Finance to develop competitive solutions.
Support customers throughout project implementation and execution.

C. Project & Tender Management

Track project progress, tender activities, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate the preparation of technical submissions, tender documents, CO/CQ documentation, and payment-related documents.

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales, Tendering, Quantity Surveying (QS), Estimation, or related project-based roles.
Solid understanding of project lifecycles, including design, tendering, execution, and project handover.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
