Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to join our HR team at Masan Consumer. In this role, you will work closely with partners—business leaders and employees—to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Your expertise in human resources and understanding of the fast‑paced FMCG environment will be crucial in driving employee engagement and fostering a high‑performance culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to achieve operational objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs focused on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Provide advice and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine talent acquisition strategies that attract top candidates in the competitive FMCG market.
- Facilitate training and development programs that align with business objectives and enhance employee skills relevant to the FMCG sector.
