Công việc
- Thực hiện tuần tra và giám sát việc tuân thủ quy trình tại các công đoạn theo hướng dẫn công việc, tiêu chuẩn vận hành và quy định hiện hành.
- Kiểm tra, xác nhận thao tác của nhân viên sản xuất nhầm đảm bảo thực hiện đúng quy trình, tiêu chuẩn công việc và yêu cầu chất lượng đã được ban hành.
- Kiểm tra, giám sát điều kiện sản xuất bao gồm tình trạng máy móc, thiết bị, dụng cụ, vật tư, môi trường sản xuất và các điều kiện cần thiết khác để đảm bảo quá trình sản xuất ổn định. Phát hiện, ghi nhận và báo cáo các trường hợp không tuân thủ quy trình, thao tác hoặc điều kiện sản xuất; Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện hành động khắc phục.
- Thực hiện ghi chép, cập nhật lết quả tuần tra và báo cáo tình trạng tuân thủ quy trình sản xuất theo yêu cầu của bộ phận chất lượng.
Học vấn & Kinh nghiệm
- Ứng viên nội bộ: Tốt nghiệp THPT (12/12), tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong Công ty;
- Ứng viên bên ngoài: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp với yêu cầu tối thiểu từ 1 năm trở lên, có kinh nghiệm liên quan về quản lý sản xuất/ chất lượng.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm giám sát tuân thủ quy trình, thao tác sản xuất và điều kiện sản xuất tại hiện trường.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điện, quang học hoặc bán dẫn.
