Job Summary
The Innovation Planning Associate Director leads the end-to-end innovation planning agenda, ensuring strong alignment across functions to deliver successful product launches and drive sustainable business growth. This role is responsible for project governance, resource planning, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination, while developing a high‑performing team and enabling execution excellence across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead annual innovation planning alignment: organize and facilitate cross‑functional meetings to align on the company’s annual innovation plan, forming the foundation for the Annual Plan (AP).
- Project planning and execution management: define project objectives, allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Project evaluation and risk assessment: analyze and evaluate potential projects, while identifying risks for projects not yet ready for launch; provide monthly updates and recommendations to the BOD.
- Ensure launch readiness and capacity planning: oversee project timelines to ensure on‑time product launches, including production capacity and outsourcing readiness.
- Cross‑functional coordination: collaborate with internal departments and support subsidiaries to resolve operational issues in production and business activities.
- Team leadership and development: lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve both functional and organizational goals.
