Position Context
- Lead Design and release Engineering on future model programs for all development, including to meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
- Lead the Interior development team to deliver best in class driving experience and meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
- Flexibility and drive to overcome the geographical challenges of working with Global Project Stakeholders.
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in the automotive or related industries.
- Extensive experience in designing and releasing automotive interior products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive interior areas.
- Proficient in CAD software (CATIA).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High‑level understanding of all aspects of automotive interiors.
- Experience working on large‑scale projects.
