We are currently seeking a high‑caliber professional to join our team as Internship, International Mid Market.
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assist in admin work (photocopying, scanning, printing, filing documents)
- Perform clerical work including archives and records and deliver/receive/obtain bank chops documents and materials
- Order and deliver stationery, office tools and equipment
- Book air tickets, accommodation, restaurants and claim expenses
- Arrange logistics for meetings, seminars and events
- Translate documents with guidance from relevant employees
- Assist employees in preparing business correspondences, presentation slides, reports and following up with authorities on application/registration
- Welcome customers and assist them in filling simple forms or using basic electronic banking services
- Address customers’ simple enquiries upon request
- Assist employees in collecting information and documents from customers, vendors, business partners, authorities, public sources or departments within the Bank, and update information in the Bank systems
- Assist with legal research, prepare legal notes and advise
Qualifications & Experience
- Student from universities or educational institutions (not graduated yet)
- Ability to intern full‑time for 6 months
- Recommendation letter for the internship period from universities or educational institutions
