POSITION OVERVIEW – To be responsible for supporting research of large property developments and building financial models to give consultancy for properties in Ho Chi Minh.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to evaluate property and compile due diligence packets.
- Research current market conditions and trends.
- Assist to complete financial reports.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Study in Real Estate, Finance, Economics (3rd year or 4th year student).
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
- PC skills: Good at Microsoft Office.
- Language: Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
- Key characteristics:
- Commitment, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good working attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commit to do full-time internship at least 3 months (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
