JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently looking for an L&D Executive to support business units with learning needs, manage LMS operations, analyze training data, and handle training logistics, including orientation, scheduling, and vendor coordination with details as below:
1. L&D business partner
- Collaborating with stakeholders/BU to identify current and future training needs and skill gaps.
- Provide advice/guideline on 70‑20‑10 development model & related policies and procedures.
- Support stakeholders/BU to implement and organize functional/technical training (if any).
2. LMS Administrator
- Be responsible for user management, content management, course assignment… over HRIS/LMS.
3. Data analysis and reporting
- Collecting and analyzing data on training effectiveness and program costs, and reporting insights to management for future improvement.
4. Logistics & Operations
- Conduct new hires orientation training.
- Managing the administrative aspects of training, such as scheduling sessions, coordinating with internal or external trainers/vendors, tracking attendance, proceeding contract/agreement, payment…
- Collaborate with country/regional HQ to implement/nominate participants based on company/individual development plan…
- Other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, e‑learning tools or LMS module is preferred.
- Basic understanding of learning & development approaches is preferred.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
