Internship Program: 3 months
Location: Ho Chi Minh office
Reports to: Vietnam Corporate Counsel
Your Role
The interns will support the Legal function with legal research, regulatory monitoring, corporate record keeping and up-to-date compliance documentation.
What You Should Do
- Regulatory monitoring: Screen new regulations and authority requests. Prepare short summaries of their relevance and impact for stakeholders. Help research and draft answers to business questions on new guidelines.
- Corporate secretarial: Support charter updates, UBO updates and other corporate filings.
- Data protection: Help update the DP dossier regularly and keep supporting documents and processing records organized.
- Legal operations: Help prepare contract templates and legal checklists.
- Ad-hoc tasks: Support compliance training logistics and materials, coordinate payments to external counsel, translate documents and policies, and handle other tasks assigned by the Corporate Counsel.
Who you are
- Final-year student majoring in Law, with a confirmation letter from the university (Giấy xác nhận đang là sinh viên của nhà trường)
- English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or above
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications
- Strong legal research and due diligence skills
- Integrity, diligence and a proactive mindset
- Availability for a 3-month internship, with the option to extend.
Nice to have
- Prior internship or exposure to corporate law, compliance or data protection
- Availability for full-time work (preferred)
