Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Điểm danh và bố trí công nhân theo kỹ năng đã được huấn luyện trong chuyền.
- Thúc đẩy, đôn đốc nhân viên để đạt mục tiêu sản lượng và năng suất.
- Lấy mẫu ngẫu nhiên kiểm tra, đánh giá và duy trì chất lượng sản phẩm trên chuyền.
- Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh, báo cáo kỹ sư hay trực tiếp liên hệ bảo trì để hỗ trợ giải quyết.
- Huấn luyện và theo dõi chất lượng cộng việc của nhân viên mới.
- Sắp xếp dây công việc hợp lý, đảm bảo tính cân đối cho chuyền và giảm hàng dở dang trên công đoạn (WIP).
- Kiểm soát nguyên phụ liệu sản xuất trong ca, đảm bảo tỷ lệ tiêu hao ở mức cho phép.
Education & Experience
- Có ít nhất 4 năm làm việc với vai trò giám sát chuyền.
- Có kiến thức về sản xuất tinh gọn và SPC là lợi thế.
- Quen thuộc với các công đoạn sàng, kiểm, test…
